Jewelry Care
Jewelry is delicate by nature and requires mindful handling. To maintain the brilliance of your Peaka designs, please follow these guidelines:
Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, cleaning agents, or perfumes, which may damage precious metals and gemstones.
Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, exercising, or engaging in impact-heavy activities.
Store pieces separately in their original pouch or box to prevent scratching or tangling.
Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. For a deeper clean, use mild soapy water with a soft brush, then rinse and dry thoroughly.

Magnet Safety
Many Peaka designs contain high-strength magnetic components. These magnets allow our modular system to connect seamlessly—but they also require special precautions:

Do NOT use or wear magnetic jewelry if you have a pacemaker, implanted cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD), insulin pump, or any other medical implant.
Magnetic fields may interfere with device function and can pose serious health risks. -
Keep magnets away from children, as small components may present choking or injury hazards.

Avoid placing magnetic jewelry near credit cards, electronic key cards, or devices sensitive to magnetic fields.
If you have any medical device or health concerns, please consult your physician before wearing magnetic accessories.
Repair Services
We are pleased to provide repair services for Peaka jewelry purchased directly from us or from authorized partners. Services may include:
Polishing and re-finishing
Clasp or chain adjustments
Stone tightening
Re-stringing or re-setting
To request a repair, please contact us at hello@peakastudio.com with your order details, photographs of the item, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
All repairs are subject to inspection. Once assessed, we will provide an estimated cost and timeline. Please note that some complex repairs, particularly for High Jewelry or bespoke designs, may require extended evaluation.
Warranty for Manufacturing Defects
Peaka stands behind the quality of its craftsmanship. For two years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace, at no cost, any item found to have a manufacturing defect.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
Loss, theft, or unauthorized alterations
Limitations
Repairs may not be possible for items with excessive wear or those altered by third parties.
Custom and High Jewelry pieces may require specialized care or extended service times.
Peaka is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Shipping for Repairs
Customers are responsible for securely packaging their jewelry for return and ensuring that shipments are fully insured and trackable. Once the repair is complete, your jewelry will be returned using our trusted logistics partners. Return shipping fees may apply and will be confirmed with you in advance.
