Return Policy
At Peaka, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions outlined below.
All returns must be received in unused, unworn, and unaltered condition, in their original packaging as shipped, including boxes, pouches, certificates, and any accompanying materials. Returns must also be accompanied by the original sales receipt or packing slip.
Final Sale Items: Personalized and custom designs, engraved pieces, High Jewelry, earrings (for hygiene reasons), gift cards, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Gift recipients may be eligible for a merchandise credit. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after receipt. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Domestic Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@peakastudio.com with your order number for authorization and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All return shipments must be insured for the full purchase value and shipped via a reliable courier such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Peaka is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or untraceable in transit.
International Returns
For international orders, please contact us at hello@peakastudio.com to initiate a return request. Once approved, we will provide a return label and instructions. All international returns are subject to a $25 return fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as ensuring that return shipments are insured and trackable. Any return made without pre-approval and an authorized return label will not be accepted.
Please note that shipping charges, import duties, and taxes paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
