Orders & Payments

We accept payments securely through Shopify Payments, which supports major credit and debit cards as well as regional digital wallets. All transactions are encrypted to protect your information.

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us at hello@peakastudio.com. Our team will provide transfer instructions and hold your order until payment has been confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

All international orders are shipped from our studio in Guangzhou or through our Hong Kong office using trusted global logistics partners such as DHL. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time. Delivery times vary depending on destination and item availability.

Gift Packaging

Every Peaka order is presented in our signature packaging, designed to protect your jewelry and make it gift-ready. You may also include a personalized note at checkout.

Custom & Engraving

We are pleased to offer custom pieces and engraving on select designs, including beads. Because each custom piece is individually made, additional lead time may apply. Personalized and custom designs are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale. For full details, please see our [Return Policy].

Repairs & Warranty

Peaka offers a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If a piece is found to have a defect within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Beyond the warranty, or for issues resulting from normal wear, we are pleased to provide repair services at cost.

To request a repair, please contact us at hello@peakastudio.com with your order details, photographs of the item, and a description of the issue.

Jewelry Care

Jewelry is delicate by nature. To maintain the brilliance of your Peaka designs, avoid contact with harsh chemicals, store pieces separately in their original box or pouch, and remove jewelry before swimming or engaging in heavy activities. Gently clean using a soft, lint-free cloth.
