Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Within 1–2 business days, a Peaka team member will provide updates or a tracking number once your piece is prepared for shipment.

  • In-stock items: ship promptly, usually within 2–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order pieces: typically require 4–6 weeks for production.

  • Custom designs: once artwork is approved, production usually requires 6–8 weeks.

If you need a piece by a certain date, please contact us — we will do our best to accommodate. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of receiving your shipping window notice; after that time, production will proceed under our Return & Exchange Policy.


Shipping Method & Carriers

All orders are shipped via DHL Express or other trusted international logistics partners (e.g. FedEx, UPS). Each shipment is insured and trackable. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order leaves our studio.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance. As a guide:

  • Asia (Hong Kong, East & Southeast Asia): 2–5 business days

  • Europe & UK: 5–10 business days

  • North America (U.S. & Canada): 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • Middle East, South America & Africa: 7–14 business days

Please note: These are estimates only. Customs inspections, local courier delays, or force majeure events may extend delivery times.


Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, and import fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Peaka does not control or cover these costs.

If an order is refused due to non-payment of duties or taxes, the return shipping and any related fees may be deducted from your refund.


Signature & Insurance

All shipments are insured for the full value and may require a signature upon delivery. Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once signed for.


Additional Information

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, couriers, or events outside our control.

  • Multiple items in the same order may ship separately to reduce waiting times.

  • All shipments are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
