Order Processing
All orders placed through PeakaStudio.com are processed in the order they are received and are subject to product availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
An order is considered accepted only once payment has cleared and we have sent you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or other circumstances where fulfillment is not possible.

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us at hello@peakastudio.com. Our team will provide transfer instructions and hold your order until funds have been confirmed. Production and/or shipping will only begin once payment has cleared.
Please note that only one form of payment may be used per order.
Security of Payments
Your privacy and payment security are of the highest importance to us. All transactions on PeakaStudio.com are processed through Shopify’s PCI DSS–compliant platform and are encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) technology.
For your protection, we may run fraud checks on orders. If additional verification is required, our team will reach out directly before your order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not pass our security review.
Prices, Taxes & Duties
All prices displayed on PeakaStudio.com are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
For orders shipped outside of mainland China or Hong Kong, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country. These costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities upon delivery.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@peakastudio.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, or once your order has entered processing, we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.
Custom and engraved items, once confirmed, are considered final sale and cannot be modified or canceled.
