Every PEAKA piece begins with a promise: of authenticity, of craft, and of endurance. Our responsibility does not end when the bracelet leaves our hands — it extends into how it is worn, cherished, and passed forward.

Authenticity

• Each piece is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, confirming the origin of materials and our studio’s craft standards.

• Stones are hand-selected, not only for quality but also for the energy they carry. Variations in tone, inclusions, or texture are not flaws — they are the fingerprints of nature.

• Metal components are marked according to purity standards, from silver to 22k gold.

Warranty

• Coverage: Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.

• What’s Included: structural issues such as clasp failure, breakage under normal wear, or improper setting of stones.

• What’s Not Included: loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Natural wear (like patina, surface scratches, or stretching of elastic) is part of a bracelet’s life journey.

• Repairs Beyond Warranty: We offer lifetime repair services at a reasonable cost, to honor sustainability and extend the life of each piece.
